"Location was so good but.the hotel receptionist are not aware about my booking and has allowed a small room . Since it was mid night , I checked with him about this issue but he has stated that this is only available room for online booking. I stayed in the small room for a night but the next day when I joined for free breakfast they told it I’d not in my booking.
