It was a very pleasant stay. Only issue to get better are heating in the toilets. Room is warm and pleasant but the toilet and floor feels quite cold, that might need work, especially in autumn and winter. The place was perfect, clean, felt so welcome! Breakfast was perfect, they gave me everything I asked, a very great place to stay.

Perfect location, large and comfortable room with incredible views. Spa was relaxing and the staff looked after us so well, making the experience extra special for us every day.

The hotel was extremely comfortable - lots of places to sit and chill inside and outside if you wanted to rest from walking up and down those hills! Located near many good restaurants and local art and craft shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful in booking restaurants and providing tips for places to visit. This was more expensive than some hotels we looked at, but we thought it was well worth the price. Valparaiso can be tiring (all those hills in the heat!) and this was a welcome...

Beautiful hotel, unassuming from the outside but beautiful and relaxing inside with tremendous views from the dining room and outdoor patio. Staff were so so helpful and incredibly friendly. Very knowledgeable and so welcoming.

What a fabulous hotel! The staff could not do enough for you to make your stay in the Casablanca Valley wonderful. Rodrigo, the owner, personally organised a day of the wineries that would appeal to us after talking to us about what wine we liked. We arrived with no plans as we had changed hotel from Santiago at the last minute, so he organised everything on the morning and even took us to the first winery himself! We had a great time at La Joya Hostel. The room was a private twin room. It was really clean and well presented. The staff were super helpful too. They have a lively bar which do great Pisco Sours!

We had the big top room with the huge balcony which was wonderful. It was lovely sitting outside taking in the amazing views. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen nice We loved staying in a traditional old building which felt like an event in itself. The building is quite scruffy and could definitely do with a lick of paint and some TLC. However, on balance this wasn't too important, to us.
