A stunning property with real charm. Fabulous room. A perfect stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Our hotel manager was warm, friendly, helpful and accommodating when our flight was cancelled. The one who replaced him on his day off was a bit grumpy though!

Beautiful hotel, unassuming from the outside but beautiful and relaxing inside with tremendous views from the dining room and outdoor patio. Staff were so so helpful and incredibly friendly. Very knowledgeable and so welcoming.

The hotel was extremely comfortable - lots of places to sit and chill inside and outside if you wanted to rest from walking up and down those hills! Located near many good restaurants and local art and craft shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful in booking restaurants and providing tips for places to visit. This was more expensive than some hotels we looked at, but we thought it was well worth the price. Valparaiso can be tiring (all those hills in the heat!) and this was a welcome...

We had a great time at La Joya Hostel. The room was a private twin room. It was really clean and well presented. The staff were super helpful too. They have a lively bar which do great Pisco Sours!

We had the big top room with the huge balcony which was wonderful. It was lovely sitting outside taking in the amazing views. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen nice We loved staying in a traditional old building which felt like an event in itself. The building is quite scruffy and could definitely do with a lick of paint and some TLC. However, on balance this wasn't too important, to us.

Great location in the heart of Bellavista with everything walking distance away. Lovely included breakfast. Room was very noisy as next to popular walkways and other hostels. Could do with new windows, preferably double glazed to keep the noise out, especially at night.

We stayed in a loft room which is a separate block of rooms across the street from reception. The room was exceptional; great size, clean and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The shower had hot water and there was a heater for when the temperature dropped at night. The staff were incredibly helpful and there is a great laundry service availble with a quick turnaround. Check in and check out at the same time and due to many clients from cruise ship a very long wait to get a room. Staff otherwise very helpful. Breakfast satisfactory.
