"The place is a dump! The breakfast is a bag of crap. There is no coffee. It really harms the Days Inn brand. I will try to avoid Days Inn for future trips."

"We had bed bugs. Came down to the desk and showed them photos/videos. They said they’d contact us but never did. Asked to speak to manager and was denied. Stay would’ve been fine and if they resolved things this review could’ve been avoided. Shuttle service was down also."

"We drove to this hotel from Pennsylvania to attend a graduation ceremony for our granddaughter. After riding for 7 hours, we arrived at the hotel. The lady at the desk told me she had no reservation, it had been cancelled by the boss. She said perhaps my card was declined and I told her that was not possible because I had already received a message stating that my room was booked . She said I booked through Hotels.com, which I did and I had itinerary numbers and check in information. I asked if they had any rooms available and she said no and she told me to take a business card and call the boss Monday. Luckily we found another hotel not too far away and they had a room available. When we got to the second hotel I saw a gentleman that had been at the first hotel and overheard him telling a gentleman the same thing happened to him as he was told his room had been cancelled. I feel this was a situation that should not have happened. I will never book this hotel again . Through the booking process, I had checked and rechecked that all was complete and we received a note looking forward to our stay. She said I booked with hotels.com and perhaps the situation was their fault. I had received a message from hotels.com that all was ready for our stay. So to answer your question as to how was our stay - there was no stay. "

"Our room was very clean. Bed was a little stiff. Dinner was really good. Unfortunately, very loud family near our room with screaming kids bouncing on the beds and running down the halls from 8pm-1am. Otherwise, a nice place to stay!"

"Overall good stay; room clean. Staff very helpful. 4 minute drive to casino. Breakfast was just ok. Small but comfortable room. Really missed not having a fridge (didn't notice it wasn't mentioned as an amenity in the listing)"
