"I had a wonderful stay at the inn. The inn was beautifully decorated for Christmas. There was a wonderful festive air. I appreciated being too able to travel with my dog, who enjoyed the inn as much as I did. I definitely plan to come back again. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, especially manager. "Everything was super clean - room, bathroom, halls. And smells clean, a big factor for me. I use a walker, and there was plenty of room to get around including in the bathroom. "

"Located in a safe and quiet area of Hartford and the staff was very friendly and professional so my only complaint was the carpet and sofa bed were a little outdated but overall I would definitely come back here. Keep up the great work "

"I did not eat breakfast, nor have coffee. Needed to resume my trip with an early start. I do think there was a bit of road noise, even on the 9th floor. Bed, pillow was comfy, and the temperature was easily controllable and good...helped for sleeping. Nice design (including cabinetry that housed the refrigerator, etc. concealed inside) of the accommodations. Very cool vanity in the bathroom. Shower-only in the bathroom with a sliding glass door. "
