"This is a nice old inn. The highlights of our room were the excellent bedding inclluding high-quality sheets, and a nicely done new shower. The downside was that we never saw a single person – guest or staff. It seems that this is a self-serve inn, from retrieving your key from a lockbox to brewing your own coffee in the morning. This turned out not to be a huge problem, but it did seem strange to have no human contact."

"On the night of July 31 had a decent one night stay at this comfort suites inn in Norwich, CT. Again, like before the breakfast was no big thing to brag about, but it was adequate. The room was a little bit outdated, but clean, the front desk staff was helpful when I asked questions and chatted with them for a while. So overall a good what I would call 4-star experience."
