Actually, the hotel looks real nice and rooms are big but the equipments and service here were nightmares. One room, the washroom hasn't been cleaned with full trash bin. One room, the A/C was broken dropping the water on the bed. One room,the supply of water was suddently cutted when we were getting shower and it happened once again in the morning. Almost no wifi...

"Our host was exemplary in showing us the local area. We had a deeply moving experience at both Kataragama and Tissamaharama. Pradath is an excellent resource for All things Sri Lanka. The accommodations are first rate. Big comfortable bed. Modern shower and tub. A/C and Wi-fi work great. Excellent meals prepared. It is the perfect spot to retreat in the evening. We heartily recommend it and will hopefully return. "

"Had trouble at first with staff saying booking didnt go through so had to contact hotels via X to sort out. The one staff was a great guy, so freindly and helpful, i was in the area to visit national park and he arranged this for me. Only problem with hotel is internet did not work, and no phone reception in that area either. "
