"Had trouble at first with staff saying booking didnt go through so had to contact hotels via X to sort out. The one staff was a great guy, so freindly and helpful, i was in the area to visit national park and he arranged this for me. Only problem with hotel is internet did not work, and no phone reception in that area either. "

"An amazing place to stay! Rooms are comfortable and clean with great facilities including a delicious food at their restaurant and a relaxing pool. The staff set up a great full day safari for us with meals included. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. "
