"The staff was exceptional. We had to extend our stay because our residential building suffered a fire and we still can’t return. From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They not only helped us extend our reservation, but also checked in on us and asked how we were doing, which meant a lot. We’re still staying here now and will likely extend again for the same reason. Everything has been spotless, both in the room and in the common areas. The indoor pool was wonderful and helped us disconnect for a bit during a stressful time. The food was also fantastic, especially the sirloin and the French fries. Reserving was easy, and the price totally reasonable, ESPECIALLY due to the last minute nature of the reservation. Beautiful hotel, with a lovely coffee shop in the lobby!
