"5 star for the beach very nice clear and calm water good for the kids specially the water park, the property is great walkable to restaurants and shopping mall. Service is not good, staff is not approachable and not smiling but thanks to ANVILLA (BGBR) who serves us with a smile makes us very happy with her service unlike the other ones sims not happy with their job. "This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. "

"Bug carcasses around bathroom and dining table. It was a decent 2 bedroom for the night. We didn’t have info on check out, office was locked. Overall nice, and met the need. Close to shopping and restaurants "
