"Older traditional resort but well kept. Rooms spotless, great staff. Excellent breakfast including an assortment of local cuisine. Regular scheduled shuttle to the beachfront resort but only a 20 min easy walk. Local shops and supermarket next to hotel. Karaoke at the bar!"
"Ants everywhere in the room and we did not have food or snacks in there.. suitcases, bathroom. We alerted staff on this and they tried to blame us for it. Me and a friend in an entirely different room had the same issue.
When I got back to the states, my house was infected with ants.
Other than that, the breakfast was great, and dinner was OK. Nice plants and pool area. It is the Caribbean’s so if you are a young woman, look out for the strange men on the beach front. If they really like you, they will stalk you for almost your entire stay. "
Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa All Inclusive Adults Only
10/10 Excellent
"I had a great time! Prescott was an amazing bartender, Kim was amazing, Aaron always brought the energy every night! I will recommend Secrets St. Lucia to all my friends!"
"The staff was AMAZING! Caroline, Zenia, and V were just perfect. Leah was super nice too!
Room was ok…. Needs some updates and the water pressure in the shower was a trickle when turned to hot. Water never really got hot. Some days it was luke warm. Views from room were stunning. Bed was comfortable. The frogs were crazy loud and were in the room area w the rocks. Made it very hard to sleep and relax.
Food was an average. It took well over an hour no matter if order was placed for room service or if we were in the restaurant. Drinks would take 30 min also.
Wedding was PERFECT! Every detail was taken care of and we are so glad we chose here for it!
Over all, the week was good! Just minor things that need to be improved on."
"My wife and I had a really enjoyable stay overall. The room was excellent, very clean, well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff truly stood out, warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay.
The food was a bit mixed. The three included restaurants were just okay overall, but Hurricane Hole was our favorite and consistently delivered the best meals. The steakhouse, which comes at an additional cost, unfortunately did not meet expectations and felt below average for the price.
One of the highlights was the Rum Cave experience. The tasting, including the food and rum, was outstanding. Karla made it even better with her energy and knowledge and it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our stay.
The shuttle to the beach was a great touch and the beach itself was absolutely standout. Peaceful, relaxing, crystal clear water, with free water sports and beverages included.
The only real downside was a noticeable sewage smell coming from the docks at times, especially around dining areas, which took away from the experience.
Overall, we had a great time driven by the amazing staff, comfortable accommodations, standout beach, and a few memorable experiences. With improved food consistency and addressing the odor, this could easily be top tier."
"This place is amazing. Go to sleep listening to the sound of the sea lapping at the shore just yards away from your balcony. Home away from home location is excellent and the staff are even better."
"Top-tier food, spotless rooms with daily housekeeping, and a truly beautiful resort.
John from the chocolate-making tour was incredibly welcoming, Marguerite at reception made sure we had everything we needed, and Henrietta was always present at the right time checking in and answering every question.
Thank you to the Rabot team. We’ll definitely be back."
