"We stayed for 10 days in coco palm from 3rd of April 2025. The hotel is in a nice location at Rodney Bay with 5 minutes walk to one of the best beaches. It is one and half hour from UVF airport to the hotel. Staff at the receptions; Carleen, Roxanna and Vincent; were very polite and helpful. The Bartender were kind and helpful with smile all the time. He knew his job very well. Waitresses and waiters ; Ellisa, Chrizen,... were very kind and helpful. They all were doing their best to serve any...

"This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. "

"Staying here was a dream. We stayed in a cottage, up in the hills, set all the way back in the rainforest. It was quiet, romantic, and tranquil. The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful throughout the entire trip. Our cab and shuttle drivers were amazing and informed us of the history of St. Lucia as we drove. The resort offers a free shuttle to Sugar Beach, which has a section of chairs you can pay for or a section for free (first come basis). The dining options at Fond Doux were delicious,...

Countless numbers of attempts by me to phone the management went unanswered --- I ended up going elsewhere (a property which WAS on the covid approved list -- WASTE OF MY TIME"
