"We stayed for the weekend and mostly had a great experience. We took the Don not disturb sign down when we left in the morning, and our room was not cleaned and we had to get fresh towels ourselves in the evening. The front desk staff on the weekend seemed stressed. Everyone was very nice though."

This turned out to be a huge mistake, because our room was not made up once during the stay. All I was doing was trying o save time for the staff. When we left on Sunday morning the glasses were still in the sink since Thursday night. We had to call the desk twice to request towels, coffee and coffee cups. We finally called and he bed was made yup, not changed, on Saturday night. The service was so-so. We were in room 305."
