"I had a do not disturb sign on my door but yet they still knocked every morning.my card wouldn’t work at night to let me in the building and the lady at the desk ignored us for a few minutes before she finally let us in …also my last night staying my card wouldn’t work to let me in the room I had to make 2 trips to the front desk just to ask her to please reset my card "

"The staff was polite, helpful and friendly, he tried to help us by changing our room several times, one room we walked in and there was a roach crawling across the bed, the next room we tried the was a bed bug on the bed, sheets didn’t look clean and the window was broken and open, the third room was ok just a dead roach on the wall and the smell of drugs throughout the hallway smh!! By this time I was done and me and my family went to stay with other family for the night "

"Some parts of the Hotel was well maintained but the ice machine was dirty and the faucet in the room had water damage. The bath mat was ripped. The ice bucket was dirty. The bed was comfortable. The room overall was clean."
