Superb boutique hotel (10 bedrooms). Ideally located near all amenities. An exceptional renovation of a traditional villa, sensitively converted to offer a modern and tasteful experience. The thing that does set this hotel aside is the exceptional staff. The enthusiasm, skill and knowledge of the receptionist is unrivalled. Should be referred to as the host rather than reception. All in all a wonderful break in a traditional and safe feeling small resort.

We’re doing a tour of Slovenia and this was our favourite accommodation the staff were so helpful, the accommodation was immaculate we chose to have the breakfast and it was the best we’ve had so far ! We were cycling and the hosts happily stored our bikes and gave us directions of where to go and swim in the river which we did and enjoyed immensely would love to stay again when we’re in the area 5 stars are not enough

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on ground floor with own entrance. New, clean, and excellent location. There is no sitting room, but in the kitchen was aflatscreen tv, a satellite receiver, digital terrestrial receiver, and in the main bedroom was another flatscreen tv and digital terrestrial receiver. There are about 2 news channels in English, and the rest is slovenian, german, and french. But who cares, the outdoors are fantastic. One important point: Though it says on the Hotels.com...

Beautiful apartment right by the river so close to everything. Only thing to be aware of is that the steps to the bed above the door are quite steep but I found it fine.

Perfect location and an ideal base for our visit to Ljubljana. We will definitely recommend.

We stayed here to visit Ljubljana, as there was parking we left the car and we travelled on the bus from outside the B&B. The room was spacious and spotless, the breakfast is served in the cafe below and was really tasty. I'd also recommend it for evening drinks as it was much cheaper than the city. Reception staff were helpful in giving us ideas on stops along our route the next day too.

We had the studio apartment. It had a small kitchen, 2 double beds and a bathroom. Plus a small balcony. You could see mountains from the balcony and the window which was lovely. It was just the right size for the 2 of us and allowed us to cater for ourselves. The hosts were brilliant and even lent us their bikes. This offers so much more than an airport stop. A brand-new hotel that has a boutique décor. Fantastic staff, excellent food and perfect cleanliness. The ideal location for a stop along the motorway, many parking spaces for cars and buses. Charger for electric cars. An extremely favorable price-to-service ratio. Absolutely recommended, you will be delighted.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

Hotel location is perfect for exploring Ljubljana, it is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the triple bridge in the centre. Rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is very good. Excellent choices for everyone and the à la carte breakfast choices are superb.

Very friendly and helpful management and a great base in a relaxed quiet location to walk to the old town. Great breakfast too.

Lovely hotel - great location with a lovely setting along the river. The only slight problem we had is the air con didn’t work very well and on a 36 degree day we could’ve really done with it. Spoke to reception about it but no improvements could be made that’s just how it was. Otherwise lovely stay thank you

Loved this apartment. Right in the heart of the old town. Restaurants and cafes literally on the doorstep. Church and music hall right outside the door, which had performances most nights as the festival was on. Apartment itself was perfect. Very spacious and had everything. A great base for exploring

Loved it. Enjoyed Piran and this is a great place to stay to enjoy it. The bar in the square adjacent to it is great with live music. if your going here and want to be asleep by 10pm I'd recommend requesting a room on the other side. (It's not excessively noisy but it will be quieter that side). Parking is at the garage as you come into town. You can enter the town to drop your luggage off and you get a voucher to exit. parking can be paid for at the hotel at a discounted rate. We would stay...
