"Don't expect to get a cup of coffee before 8am!!! And don't count on getting change if you want to break a bill. Hotel was clean and staffed. It's literally right on Maho Beach. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, great linens. Kitchen but no complementary water. If you want to go across the street to the market and get all of your food and drink, this is the place. On site restaurants offer good food at resort prices. Beware vegetarians...fries, egg roll, salad, and vegetables of the day for you...no alternate proteins. For the price, no real reason to return...bare minimums. "

"The marina room we had was perfect. It was a mini apartment. Property was easy walking distance to groceries stores and restaurants surrounding property. We also lived the onsite property guarded parking. Would definently stay and recommend this property to anyone. "

"We really enjoyed our visit, the villa was very nice, very clean, although the bathroom was a little dated. The staff were very helpful and attentive, always with a smile. We would recommend staying there to anyone, the onsite food was excellent and plenty of pool/beach options. Lots of within walking distance options for dining and recreation. "

"Princess Heights is amazing!! I LOVE this property and its staff. The staff is super warm, friendly end responsive to any questions. The rooms are generously spacious and the view is the highlight. House keeping workers are efficient and so kind. They really make the stay for me. This is for those that are seeking privacy, peace and quiet and don’t mind driving to the action.
