"I’m disappointed to have to leave a negative review because the hospitality and location at 14 Mullet Bay were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed by the quality and cleanliness of the room and facilities. There was a strong mildew odor, and sewage smell, it was noticeable that pets had previously stayed in the room also. The room also appeared to need some maintenance and updating. That said, I truly appreciated the kind and attentive customer service."

"It is great location and nice property. Staff are so rude and annoying. Very late check in which is not fair because all flight comes around 11:30 am to 1:00pm. So basically check in time is 4 clock and you don’t get room before time. Which is horrible "

"Honest review- arrived and was waiting for our room and wanted to eat so we went to gizmos- the bartender was spamming things and miserable. Would not make eye contact with us. I finally tried to be very sweet with melick and he took our order and it was an hour before we got it. Our room was beautiful on oceans side. Beach was amazing!! Food was average. If you found pleasant staff we tipped well because they actually liked there jobs. Resort could be better kept- the decks were not cleaned daily. Doors to entrances were sticky. Seabreeze restrooms were gross. I wish they would have told kids to get out of the adult pool. We liked the resort. We learned what to do and not, The beach sold the place. I would go back again knowing how to handle everything. The Belair next door has amazing food, we did also like the roof top at mix as well for drinks. We didn’t eat there. Make sure before you go you make reservations!! Even if there are empty tables they will turn you away. I hope this resort does a pick me up because it has beauty in it and the beach! "

"Even-though the property and rooms were well maintained, unfortunately on the deck outside came a mouse on one night and a cockroach on the last night. Overall the staff was non-existent since the property was almost empty. Due to the seaweed infestation and very bad smell the property was uninhabitable outside. The beach was unswimmable. We were ones of unfortunate guest they ended up booking badly. When we called the reception to understand if this would last all week, they replied with an attitude that they can’t determine the weather. The hotel/Expedia should be warning the clients of such conditions as we have paid a lot of money to stay at this resort. We have the expectation that we would be able to sit outside and swim at a beach side resort. We should have been given the opportunity to switch to a different resort. On the last day of check out we had check out at the oyster pond resort since the villa’s reception was not open at 8:00 am. Again with an attitude the reception didn’t even ask how our stay was and not a single thank you was uttered. The entire experience was not good and I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying at either resorts. I expect some kind of refund otherwise I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to St Martin at all."
