"Not a good experience. Room was smelly. I think it was the smell of Paint/whitewash. Water issue, flush was licking. In the morning there was no water in the bathroom. Had to use water bottle for tooth brush. Overall not a good experience."

"This is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. Despite upgrading to an “executive room” the room was not clean, damaged, bugs, no lights in hallway, no decor except a bowl of dirty red water, very cold with no heat options, cable not working, construction starting in near room at 7am on Sunday. This hotel is run down and lacking any ambiance. Orbitz / Kayak should immediately downgrade this hotel from 4 to 3 or 2 stars as 4 stars is totally misleading."
