"Overall very pleased with this place. We traveled with (3) kids and this place had WAY more space than a traditional hotel room. Each family member had their own futon mattress with warm blankets during a cold December. The location was tucked away from main roads, but close to the ocean. "Good location but it took a while to have someone to check us in. The room was “for smoking” and the smoke odor was very strong... Though included, breakfast is room service, no breakfast eating room. All in all, an ok convenient place for one night."

"Room was great, staff were very helpful. Hotel configuration is such that there are a set of about 10 steps that cannot be avoided, even though there is an elevator. That means that luggage has to be hauled up the steps. Staff were very helpful, we arrived in two groups. Second group after the kitchen closed. First guest had to go to Kansai airport to pick up second group. All missed dinner. Hotel was very understanding and did not charge us for that dinner."
