"Very attentive and helpful front desk. Breakfast is generous. Allowed me an early check in and late check out. Shuttle to Masjid Ul Haram is readily available. Highly recommend this facility, it’s a 4-Star hotel but nothing less than a 5-Star hotel."

"It was a great experience staying at this hotel. Location was very convenient. Close to Haram, food and transportation. Stayed with family (including kids) and really enjoyed our visit. Breakfast was amazing with several menu options and a panoramic view of Masjid e Nabawi. Staff was very helpful and resolved any issues with housekeeping. Will highly recommend it and would love to stay there again."
