"Well they have you sign bunch of papers and you dont understand what he is saying to you since talks so fast and English not first language then take additional $100 from credit card that will be returned. They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites PHL. Managers reception was good and so was the breakfast. Our bartender/server Angela made us feel so welcome and comfortable after a long travel day."
