"The location is beautiful. The room was somewhat spartanly furnished but perfectly adequate and very clean. Everything worked well with plenty of power points,a comfortable king sized bed and great showers (2) All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. "This was a great find! The resort is a little dated, but the amenities are fantastic. The main pool is large, food is solidly good with plenty of options and changes daily, staff is friendly, grounds are well-maintained, and bar tenders will generously make any desired drink variation. And the beach is STUNNING: no waves, white sand with no rocks or seaweed, plenty of umbrellas and chairs, and picture-perfect water. The room was small and basic, but had a large balcony. Even though most of the clientele were package vacationers from the UK, the Palms restaurant delighted me by having multiple Thanksgiving options on the dinner buffet on the holiday. It's not a luxury resort, but it is a fantastic value and I highly recommend it."
