"All staff were very friendly in Palais Moulay and always willing to help us with things such as: carrying our heavy bags & suitcases. Breakfast had a good selection. The riad was very clean and pretty - everything was maintained very well in terms of cleanliness. Our favourite member of staff was Nazih! He would always stop by to have nice chats with us during breakfast, ask how our morning has been etc and he was always there if we needed anything. The only complaint I would have is there is no bidet, full length mirror or any shelves in the shower for toiletries. "

The staff went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration unforgettable .The room was decorated nicely, freshly baked cakes by chef and more…..I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Marrakech.
