Agnes was amazing. Phoned ahead to say we would be delayed and arrive after front desk closed. Quickly sent a text to me detailing room no. Room code and wi-fi code. Took pressure off us on our late flight. Next morning she gave us some free coffees as we missed breakfast. A bubbly super friendly and helpful lady. Directions, iron borrowing etc. Room clean quiet cool (41 degrees outside!) Cleaning staff all running around motivated and efficient. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay despite the weather being mixed. The spa was a lovely treat when sitting by the pool wasn’t appealing - although make sure you book your hour as it fills up quickly. We had a lovely evening in the bar with music and tapas - it was meant to be in the rose garden but equally lovely. Unfortunately didn’t manage to have proper dinner as didn’t book in time - the restaurant is only small. Breakfasts were a highlight already though! We had a lovely family room which was a...

Absolutely beautiful! No faults, everything was perfect

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. Lovely swimming pools. Great setting and easy to get to Beynac. Hard to find using the SatNav. Could have better directions in the booking confirmation.

We had a nice stay the Brit hotel. Easy to get to everything and helpful staff. Would stay there again

Isabel ? On reception was very helpful

Gem of a hotel tucked away in a beautiful area, great outdoor pool

We had a really comfortable stay at Le Kouloury. Our hosts were very friendly and instantly made us feel at home. Our room was very clean and comfortable and a delicious breakfast was provided. The house was very convenient for visiting Rocamadour and its beautiful surroundings. We would love to come back again!

Staff were great. Lovely room overlooking the river. Pet friendly without extortionate p. Definitely go back

Great hotel to spend a few nights but not really suitable to stay for a week as rooms are quite small and lack a fridge. Bed and pillows are very comfortable and noise from other rooms minimal. Great breakfast with an excellent choice of fresh produce, pastries and nuts/dried fruit. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to requests. All areas within the hotel are clean and well maintained. The hotel serves food at night (hot and cold buffet) and there are a few...

A beautiful place to stay and very peaceful.

Great place to stay we used it as a base for a 7 day holiday, it is in a very good situation at the top of Rocamador. good breakfast (worth the extra) - all the usual - croissants, breads, cakes, cheese, meats, scrambled egg & bacon, cereal, fruit (dried & fresh) even Earl Grey Tea available! Walk along the top to the Chateaux to eat or walk the other way for more restaurants + shops, or walk / take lift down to the main town (We walked every time) warning if you need the lift it stops early -...

Absolutely perfect in every way! Excellent and friendly hosts, great place, great location! Would hope to return and certainly recommend it to others. Breakfast was excellent too!

Absolutely beautiful new hotel. Warm welcome on arival and excellent show around and room check in. The room was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. Separate living area, bedroom bathroom and private terrace. Nice to have air-conditioning during the hot weather. The pool was lovely and also over seen by the bar staff who give you a bottle of chilled water when you get there. The bbq on a friday is certainly worth doing the food and cocktail were amazing 5 out of 5 for everything.

This chamber d’hotes is situated on a plateau above Sarlat, and has magnificent 360 degree views. The owners and hosts are very helpful and provide a lovely continental breakfast to start the day.
