"In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower. "Mi experiencia fue muy mala. Al llegar al hotel intentaron cobrarme una tarifa adicional por mi hija menor de edad únicamente porque es alta y aparenta más edad. A pesar de que es una menor, insistían en cobrarla como si fuera un adulto, lo cual me pareció injusto y poco profesional. Además, la comida fue de muy mala calidad y el trato de varios empleados fue grosero y poco amable. En lugar de ayudar a resolver la situación, solo hicieron que la experiencia fuera más incómoda. Lo más decepcionante fue que reservé a través de Expedia y no recibí ninguna ayuda efectiva para solucionar el problema. Me sentí completamente desamparada tanto por el hotel como por la plataforma de reservas. Definitivamente no recomendaría este hotel y no volvería a hospedarme allí."
