"All of the staff were extremely good, friendly and helpful!"

"The location in the heart of the city near the river was excellent. The entrance is tucked away in an alley. We had a duplex room facing the back of the hotel that had a very comfortable bed plus a sitting room with kitchenette. It was incredibly quiet. Breakfast was very nice with views of the river and seating on an outdoor terrace."

"Breakfast was really nice and it was I. A convenient location on the river."

"Great breakfast, spa and staff"

"Great location, fast check in and with great restaurants."

"Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Great location and perfect Porto river views."

"This hotel was absolutely fantastic! In a beautiful older castle, the amenities were top-notch! The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff are tremendous! The restaurant and the pool bar were fabulous as well. It was a little bit from the city main center, but it was fabulous to come back to and relax. I would definitely recommend five stars!"

"This property is wonderful. I will definitely be staying here again next time I visit Douro area"
