Located between Krakow Old Town and Jewish Quarter, this was perfect walking distance to everywhere. Suite was massive, Spotlessly clean with mini fridge in the room too. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends It was perfect. Breakfast each morning from 7am was also magnificent and set us all up for the day ahead. FIVE STARS *****

AMAZING! This boutique hotel comprises three out of this world suites, all completely different. That on the top floor has an opening roof with great views and a hot tub. Ideally located right next to the castle and around the corner from excellent shops and tram stop. Breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs, and the choice is very good. Arrived at this hotel after the hotel booked us a last minute transfer from the airport (through my lack or forward thinking). On arrival we were given a welcome hot drink and a shot of cherry vodka. The lovely owner then gave us directions and history on a map. The room was incredible. All newly furbished, a lounge with comfortable sofas and a TV, a kitchen area with fridge, microwave, table and chairs, kettle nespresso coffee machine, oven mit. You name it, they've thought of it! ...

The hotel was easy to find and well located in the centre of Warsaw. The staff were really helpful and everything you asked them to do was done instantly. The room was amazing and spotless, the bed was really comfy and the decor was well chosen and suited the room/hotel well.

What a fantastic hotel - quiet, clean and amazing staff. Great bar/restaurants and the spa is incredible. Will stay here again.

This hotel is just a gem of a find. It is a beautiful place which is close for just about everything. The rooms are superb/clean and the staff were so friendly and very helpful. We have stayed at other hotels in krakow but this one is the best. Try it you won't be disappointed

When looking for an experience better than you'd expect, please book this hotel. With a variety of rooms available and each as good as each other you will not be disappointed. Staff are so helpful - and are able to assist you with what every you are requiring or requesting. Welcoming athmospere really love it . Not 24 h recipient but easy to contact. Room is so amazing just missing sound proof. Balcony is just waw and cozy. Breakfast is just local way and tasty although it's not that big. They have limited rooms just how waw it is. Transportation in the area is was around 20 local currency which was just bit high and to the cable care cost me by taxi around 35. Will come back if I planned to the same area..

Orlowska Townhouse is actually a group of apartments throughout the Old Town of Krakow, so the pictures might not be of your actual apartment - but all the buildings in the Old Town are historic and ours was lovely. Just off the main square - literally, a couple of minutes - but far enough away to be peaceful, it was beautifully decorated and furnished and the beds were lovely and comfortable. Our experence was a happy one. It started with the taxi from the airport which we arranged though them. The taxi driver provided fudge, a tourist guide to Krakow and even the wi-fi password for Cracowdays so that as soon as we walked through the door we were online. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped get us a reservation for the restaurant just opposite (which isn't just one of the highest rated in Krakow by Tripadvisor). We had the room on the rooftop which was amazing with it's own rooftop terrace and jacuzzi. 5 flights of stairs up with no lift but looked at it as an opportunity to walk off all the lovely food and drink. Very lovely gentlemen took our cases up for us. Breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly. We loved Sopot and would definitely like to comeback.

Excellent location, just off the main square. Old building, yet a bit of boutique style. Clearly some though has gone into the design. Staff brilliant and very attentive even before we arrived!. Happy to organise taxi from airport (very nice big merc). Room spotless with Nice Jacuzzi bath and big shower. Lovely smelly toiletries Yummy breakfast, nice to have something other than standard fry up. Didn't have chance to use spa Would definitely go again.

Excellent hotel, close to Wawel Castle. Turn left out of the hotel and in 2 minutes you are at the foot of Wawel Castle. Turn right out of the hotel and a few minutes more gets you to the main square. Nowhere in the old town is more than 15 minutes walk away. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection was good and the standard fruits, meats, jams, breads, cheeses, cereals could be complemented by omelettes, scrambled egg, eggs benedict etc (for a modest extra cost). ...

Lovely hotel in great location in old town, quiet though minutes from market square and restaurants/bars, easy to walk to most main sights and train/bus stations. Friendly and helpful staff, who speak very good English. Bedroom and bathroom excellent with facilities such as fridge, tea-making, safe, flat screen tv, hairdrier, towelling robes. Super breakfast, beautifully laid out in bright restaurant. Small cosy lounge/bar. Highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel located superbly on the west side of Market square, perfect for wandering the old town streets soaking up the atmosphere. Our room had amazing views overlooking the square and was both spacious and opulent. Without a doubt the best choice we could have made. Staff were friendly and the hotel has a lovely restaurant, wine bar and outside heated tables for people watching the myriad of activity going on outside. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay, beautiful hotel, clean, great breakfast, great service, can't fault it. Not in centre but just a short walk and team ride to hey there. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Hotel in excellent condition. Very good breafast. The hotel is located at busy street, so if you take a room with street view it cab be noisy during night

Great hotel in a quiet area just outside the town center, staff were excellent and very helpful, asked about tours of Krakow and they booked them all for us, will definitely recommend this hotel.
