Beautiful room with big windows, spacious bathroom too

A beautiful hotel; great service; fantastic location. The only drawback is the breakfast... not at the level expected... poor range and quality of fresh fruits

The property was in an amazing location felt like we were part of a film set. Laura our host organised transport from the airport and gave us a lovely welcome, also checking in during our stay up make sure we had everything we needed. Really nice short stay

A superb hotel, it's positioning is perfect. Is at the edge of the marvelous Old Town & the whole area looked amazing with all the Christmas lights. Christmas Markets were good. Buses ran nearby & the metro was about a 5 minute walk away; plus the trams, all public transport was good. Museums are very good and explanations are in Polish & English. Must sees are the Royal Castle (near Bristol), Uprising Museum, Warsaw Museum, Chopin Museum and Polin (1,000 yrs of Polish Jewish History, which we...

Clean, tidy and modern. Great location, especially in terms of the Old Town. Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. There is a little supermarket just across the street which is reasonably priced. Polish products are about half the price compared to the airport.

The hotel was easy to find and well located in the centre of Warsaw. The staff were really helpful and everything you asked them to do was done instantly. The room was amazing and spotless, the bed was really comfy and the decor was well chosen and suited the room/hotel well.

We have stayed at this hotel in Warsaw several times, and it has always been a great experience! The location is fantastic, just a minute away from the airport, making it incredibly convenient, especially for early flights or overnight stays. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and consistently meets our expectations. We always enjoy staying here and would happily recommend it to anyone travelling through Warsaw. We will definitely be back again!

A real 5 starts hotel !! Our experience at Sofitel was simply magical. With its delightful breakfast, impeccable cleanliness, and overall exceptional service, it's safe to say we'll be coming back for more.

Great hotel, nice rooms, well maintained, friendly staff

Really comfortable beds. Silent on the 7th floor. Everything works in the room. Standard international hotel breakfast. Excellent central location.

This was our second stay at this truly 5* hotel. We really enjoyed all the facilities and we will definitely be staying there again.

Had a great weekend break here. Close to bars and restaurants but there is a good bar and restaurants within the hotel serving delicious food. Walking distance of the Old Jewish part of time where the Christmas market is.
