"Room should be prepared with amenities such as fridge being workable, airconditioning turned on, and some moisturizer without being requested when you arrive. TV sounds needed a bit of maintenance. Not sure how good the spa is, tried to go in twice to inquire/book but there were no staff available in the spa room. Overall, nice place with a 360⁰ rooftop view with swimming pool, restaurant, and bar. "

Room was clean and modern, breakfast was worth it, staff are courteous and ready to help. Prolly, just have better instructions on how to go the Runway, not just stating “just go out and turn left”"

"We were given a room too far away from the front of the hotel.no consideration that we are seniors. The walkway is not at all level and my husband tripped, landed like 6 feet from where he tripped. Landed on his knees, elbows and forehead. We asked for ice and applied it to his forehead. He got dizzy after the fall. We told that they will inform the manager in the morning. "
