Diab's instant replies truly enhanced the overall experience, ensuring any queries or concerns were swiftly addressed.Moreover, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness maintained by Mureed Abbas, the room cleaning person. Coming back to a spotless room after a long day of exploring Lahore was truly refreshing.However, while the service exceeded expectations, I found the culinary offerings to be lacking. The food, though satisfactory, did not quite meet the high standards one would expect in a city renowned for its culinary delights. I believe there is room for improvement in this aspect, perhaps by diversifying the menu or enhancing the flavor profiles to better reflect the rich culinary heritage of Lahore.Overall, my stay at the Pearl Continental Hotel was enjoyable, largely due to the exceptional service provided by the staff. "We enjoyed our stay here, breakfast was great. Air conditioning in the room was weak. And the comforter was very heavy, if you sleep under it, you will surely sweat a lot and it will be like sleeping in puddle of water. We asked for light comforter but they didnt have it. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel to stay in. Staff was courteous and super helpful. I will definitely stay here again."
