"The property is convenient, near to restaurants and transport. Our room is spacious, clean and lovely. The only thing that I do not like is the way from the hotel to Circular Quay. The street is elevated. It's a bit of a struggle coming back to the hotel."

"What a wonderful staycation! Myself and two teens stayed in an east harbour view room. Fromm the check in 3 hours early, to the service and friendliness of the staff, we had a wonderful time! "

"We were greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and where was good to eat. Although we visited during a public holiday there was still plenty to do. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had an issue with the television (the previous guest had unplugged something) but it was fixed by the maintenance man (JC?) within 10 minutes. The room was always cleaned daily and there was always plenty of complimentary teas and coffees....

"Hotel was clean and well presented. They were very busy and we had to wait a long time for our bags to be brought up. Also disappointed we were charged for the mini bar when we didn't use, still awaiting our refund."
