"The rooms are very nice and clean. The a/c unit was the loudest I’ve ever experienced in a hotel, and the fan blows directly on the bed. Some people might like that, but there was no way to redirect the vents without moving a piece of furniture in from of the unit. Service at the restaurant for breakfast was slow. Our server disappeared for a half hour and there were no other workers available. Tables were getting very frustrated. Great location and view though."

"We tried to check in two different times, one time being well after the check in time. The front desk told us they still didn’t have our room ready. They didn’t try to accommodate us until I spoke up and asked for any available room. "
