"The Gem of Omaha in my opinion. 100 year old hotel, But everything is up to date so it’s every bit as comfortable as a major hotel chain . Nice room, super comfortable bed, quiet. I travel almost every week, and I got the best nights sleep here. I can’t remember sleeping this good anywhere else. Restaurant staff and food were pretty good , and all staff were friendly. You felt as if they actually appreciated you being there."

"If there was a way to get my money back, I would the showers were cold. The AC didn’t even work. There was no pool and no mentioning of it before we booked. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worst enemy."

"It was fine, but our tv didn’t work the first night but the facilities manager swapped it out day two and he was amazing. Great customer service. They didn’t validate my parking when they were supposed to. Just a few front desk items fell short. The rooms are loud though, we heard traffic noise as though we were outside. My daughter was happy with the experience being downtown though. Breakfast was expensive but very good. No complementary coffee. Just a different type of experience. "

"The room was very nice and recently renovated. I loved the bathroom with a water fall shower and great water pressure. Only downside side was no elevator, staff very kind to help with luggage up 11/2 flight of stairs. "
