"We booked two standard rooms over New Year based on Hotels.com descriptions. Whilst our stay was okay - the standard room was not like the Hotels.com description. There was no TV in either of our rooms, we didn't get water even once (despite asking), and the dustbin in the bathroom had previous occupant's litter in it - YUK!
When we asked for TVs (as per hotel.com description) - they found one (no remote) for one of our two rooms but it could only play content off our own laptop. WIFI is...

Sending a massive thank you to Georges and Emma for such a fantastic week at Ulala. The accommodation was lovely, and the hotel is beautiful - overlooking a spectacular beach. Special thank you to all the cooks as the food was a highlight, and to all the staff at Ulala, who couldn't have been more helpful or more friendly. I'd love to come back.
