"Our refrigerator never worked. Extra towels were requested but not delivered. An omelette was ordered but never received. The hotel bar and restaurantโ€™s hours were??? Saturday night at 9 pm and both were closed. The tall doorman went above and beyond and the room and grounds were very well kept."
