Modern hotel in a good safe location with mini market a few meters away and plenty of decent restaurants within a short walk. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Particular praise for Nilza on reception who was a great help organising taxis etc. No bar or restaurant on site though there is a coffee shop adjoining which offers breakfast & lunch every day except Monday.

This is a really lovely hotel. Felt super safe with nice food and beautiful rooms. Staff are very helpful and lovely. The only thing I would say is that I couldn’t go straight onto the beach from my room which is a short walk to the access point but I could nevertheless see it from my balcony. There are some building works in the area which didn’t affect me. I really appreciated the airport pick up and drop off too. I would come again.

The place is beautiful and very well located, extremely clean, beautiful garden, and the staff are amazing. Amazing free breakfast and the dinner is not expensive and one of the best in the area. When I come back to Ponta do Ouro I’ll stay at Devocean again for sure!

My third visit here. Warm welcome. Lovely, clean and stylish rooms with all comforts. Bar & restaurant on sunny patio. Staff very helpful. A great find, good value for money in a safe & convenient area. Will return!

The service was flawless with staff super attentive to our needs, our questions, and our requests. The hotel only has 12 rooms so there’s a lovely sense of intimacy. The rooms are beautifully decorated with very tasteful items, they have a lot of light coming through and an feeling of openness with the stunning view of the sea and the French doors on two of the walls of the room. Chantel and her staff are very welcoming and attentive. The property has good facilities and guests are made to feel like its a home from home. The beachside position are perfect for walking on the beach in the current covid restrictions. The rooms are well appointed, with comfortable beds & great bathrooms. As someone who prefers to drink tea, the coffee making facilities in the room are limiting, but access to the small kitchen for drink making was appreciated. The covered dining & seating...

The hotel is overall very nice. It has a good location, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, and the breakfast was delicious. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness. At first sight the room looked clean, but there were hairs on the decorative pillows and on the mats. The swimming pool was also not clean, which was disappointing because we wanted to swim but decided not to because of this.
