"The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was good and offered a nice variety, and the pool was clean and enjoyable. However, the front desk staff were not very friendly or welcoming. In particular, one of the male staff members was extremely rude and unhelpful, which unfortunately affected the overall experience."

"We had an excellent time. The communication prior to trip was great with prompt responses. The hotel itself was beautifully appointed, very comfortable and in a great location. Yusuf and his team looked after us very well, with helpful recommendations for things to do, places to go and foods to try. At the same time, there was no hard sell for any of their trips or to book with companies they are affiliated with. Would definitely book to stay here again next time I’m in Marrakech."
