The reception staff and bar staff in particular were excellent. Very friendly people who remembered faces and drinks extremely well. The cleaner was very nice and never rushed us out so she could clean the rooms. Overall an excellent experience

We went for knowing we wanted a lazy holiday. Our aim was to spend as much time on a sun lounger as possible and I think we managed pretty well. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are SO helpful and we possible the best massages in the Spa we've ever had. This was a delightful property in keeping with the style of the island. A big hotel would have seemed a waste. Every morning we woke to a wonderful view of the bay and a 5 yard walk to the beach. David, the owner, was charming and very helpful. He made our stay a real pleasure. We chose to have breakfast and dinner in house, prepared by Davis and his wife. Just perfect. Food is outstanding, service is as good as any hotel we have ever stayed. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous and polite. The setting is magnificent. The food and drinks are a little pricey but worth every single penny (rupee). As an example, my daughter had burnt her face and was a little upset whilst we were having dinner. The larger 4-bed villa that I booked was lovely; we also saw the inside of a smaller 3-bed unit, and it looks like the 3-bed ones have had a bit of a refurb that hasn’t reached the 4-bed villa yet, but it was honestly lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially our cleaner Marie, who was an absolute star. Would thoroughly recommend.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Perfect for a romantic or relaxed break. Food is excellent - both buffet and a la carte restaurants. Plenty of water sports to do (free of charge) or tours to other areas of the island.

We go on many holidays a year however this is by far the best hotel service we have ever received. They did so much for us. A little goes a long way. Even the manager came and spoke to everyone individually during dinner - where else do you get that?! Every single member of staff, gave the best service ! They gave us a cake for our anniversary. My family and I spent 12 nights here in April 2016 and from the moment we arrived to when we sadly had to leave I knew I had made a great choice to spend a memorable holiday. The staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Having travelled a lot for business and pleasure, I have to say this was the best experience ever. Nothing could be faulted . Location, staff and facilities were top notch. The menu was varied even for a veggie like me. And there was even some entertainment every evening

Room was extremely comfortable and the service is exceptional. Note the sea here can be too shallow to swim in at low tide, and we stayed during a neep tide when the water was too low to use the pedaloes, canoes etc. Highly recommend the trip to swim with dolphins arranged by the hotel, note you need to be a strong swimmer though to jump off the boat on cue and swim rapidly to keep up with them - children under 12 probably couldn't manage it.
