As the title suggest it is just that. the staff work on a " yes can do basis". The management and staff acknowledges your presence with a nice and short greeting each time and everytime wherever you find yourself. The restaurant waiting staff are very discrete and offers top service without being prompted. The CEO extended his oiwn personal welcome at a cocktail party was most gracious.

The larger 4-bed villa that I booked was lovely; we also saw the inside of a smaller 3-bed unit, and it looks like the 3-bed ones have had a bit of a refurb that hasn’t reached the 4-bed villa yet, but it was honestly lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially our cleaner Marie, who was an absolute star. Would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing experience, I recommend for everyone. The food is delicious, the service is 7 stars. Nice people, nice view.

Room was extremely comfortable and the service is exceptional. Note the sea here can be too shallow to swim in at low tide, and we stayed during a neep tide when the water was too low to use the pedaloes, canoes etc. Highly recommend the trip to swim with dolphins arranged by the hotel, note you need to be a strong swimmer though to jump off the boat on cue and swim rapidly to keep up with them - children under 12 probably couldn't manage it. This is a place to enjoy beautiful sunsets and relax on the beach. Activities are plenty. We did Scuba Diving n glass boat rides. Superb food and superb restaurant services.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Hilton in Mauritius. The hotel's about an hour's walk from the town of Flic en Flac, but there are always plenty of taxis outside the hotel that will take you there. This hotel is well situated close to bars shops and restaurants. Public transport is nearby and the beach is literally across the road! The rooms are well appointed clean and have nice views from most balconies. The hotel staff are excellent hard working and courteous. Perfectly good hotel at a good price - was for a business trip. The evening meal was plentiful and good - but if you like seafood, best to eat out.
