"This was just a lovely experience. The rooms are nicely designed and furnished, if you appreciate the antique look and feel. The breakfast was excellent. You can choose to have breakfast in your room, in the dining area inside, or outside in the courtyard, and you choose the time (between 7a and 9a). We ate in the beautiful courtyard. "Due to a family emergency we had to push our trip back a week and they were very understanding and accommodating. The lighthouse was cool and we had a lovely view from our room, extremely nice staff--kind and very helpful. Fagers Island restaurant was wonderful also. "

"This property is beautiful. The staff were attentive and friendly. Only one night, and worth the money (to me). I love the quaint feel of the property, eventhough it is quite the opposite. Only had the grilled oysters...yum, as I wanted to eat off site and prople watch :-). Highly recommend staying here."
