Our first time in Laos and Luang Prabang. The hotel is just 15 mins from the airport and for a small fee the staff will pick you up. The hotel is just out of the main town area but a 10-15 minute walk can get you to the night market or you can use one of the many push bikes. A regular shuttle takes and picks you up to the Post Office. The hotel staff are incredibly polite like alll Laoation people and can't do enough for you. The breakfast is really nice with a blend of local and western foods...

This hotel is quite magical. The service is genuine and impeccable and the style is in harmony with Laos. I loved it here and it made the visit complete.

Absolutely the best location in this lovely town where the personnel takes you by electric golf cars. The owner has real feeling for his guests needs and helps the environment in admirable way. You eat your breakfast, and all other meals if you so wish, by the riverside and can enjoy the quietness, calmness and beautiful view around you.

Very good experience but for the quality of the hotel it has a very poor gym - needs more and better equipment.

UNESCO renovated and protected building. Very typical and beautiful. On slight issue, which was not an issue, as the building is very old the sound proofing was not of modern standard. Staff excellent and attentive. Location and settling in PB could not be better with the ALMs passing right past every morning at 6am. A Most Stay!

This is an exceptional property where we stayed three nights at the end of our Laos holiday. The architecture is mock French-colonial. We had an upper floor Pioneer suite which was huge, and had everything you would really need. The pool is probably the biggest in LP, and because there are so few rooms, it never felt busy. The staff are super friendly, and nothing seemed too much for them. Breakfast - included in our room rate - was excellent as well. There are of course many luxury hotels...

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Food was excellent. The staff was very polite . The location pf the hotel was very closed to the night market. The spa was very well manage and the massage were very relaxing.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely town! So pleased we stayed there. Great team there and the rooms are so lovely. A great location for exploring the town.

Beautiful setting, large pool in a huge garden. Very friendly service. Short ride to town centre, free shuttle, though taxi is cheap enough. Very peaceful and comfortable.
