Highly recommend. Gorgeous restaurant and rooms with a beautiful courtyard garden. Perfect for us with two children who were in same building but floor above via internal staircase. Car park just round the corner had to pay separately for but plenty spaces. Bed was fine but could have been more comfortable and slippers would be good but appreciated the robes. Lots of lovely little touches like welcome cocktail in room. Nice coffee machine. On a Tuesday it was continental breakfast delivery to...

Lovely hotel, in a great location for sight seeing around the North Norfolk coast. Excrement breakfast selection, and amazing did choice at the restaurant. Lovely room, clean and comfortable. Attentive staff, with a homely welcoming feeling

Having stayed at The Orange Tree in the past many times, we were really pleasantly surprised to find that they had expanded their accommodation to include the conversation of two cottages next door. It was in one of these that we stayed. The rooms had been so tastefully done with all the amenities that you could wish for. Lovely hotel. Comfortable seating areas. Sea view room. Good breakfast efficient staff. Close to beach.

A pleasant, comfortable hotel. The food was nice and we all (family of 4) slept well. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent quiet location. Traditional pub atmosphere with log fire welcoming you on arrival. Breakfast was superb especially the eggs royal.

Lovely room, helpful staff, good food choices, easy parking and a 10 minute stroll to Central Skegness. We had an excellent stay & will definitely return.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Would definately stay again

We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time.

This hotel is ideally situated - close to the beach. Our room was very large with a kingsize bed. It also had a set of binoculars! The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Food and service were great. We parked outside the hotel, but there is lots of parking nearby.

Room and private bathroom was very clean, had a lovely hot shower, staff was polite and helpful, parking was not a problem at all

Good communication before we arrived about parking and the keysafe.Very well equiped kitchen Although not appropriate for us (or time of year) Buckets and spades for any kids in the party Lots of board games, Films and books if your staying in, in the evening Ideally situated for the beach, amusements, pubs, shops and Princess Theatre

Driftwood cottage is a pretty cottage, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The owners are really helpful and ensured we had a perfect few days there.

Just fabulous!!
