The rooms in this hotel are very nice, modern and extremely clean. All is brand new. Staff is helpful and nice. What i didn't like was the area (rather ugly and i didn't feel very safe there). Also, it was pretty noisy in the rooms as the windows were not soundproof and there is a street on one side and the children's playground on the other side of this hotel.

Lady at the front desk managed to check me in over three hours early - very helpful after an early arrival! Great location, great breakfast, room was a little dated but the bed was huge!

Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor...
