"We have lived in Kyrgyzstan for over a year. I thought this hotel was nice, the facilities are updated and the staff was kind and helpful. If you come from America, like I do - realize you are on the Kyrgyz time. They will serve the meals at set times - it may not be all day. Be willing to be flexible and enjoy how they do things, you will have a lovely time. "

"The impression is ambiguous. Stayed for one night. The hotel is modern. Nice restaurant. Waited a long time, the food wasn't very good. The staff seems to be quite inexperienced, although they are nice. The hotel is on the road. My room was on the 4th floor, large, with a view on the lake. Nice. The bed is comfortable. Unconvenient was that the light turns on and off only at the front door. Also, in the kitchen that was in the room, I couldn't find a dishwash detergent and any sponge. I...

"Familiengeführt. Unglaublich nette Familie. Selten trifft man aus so eine Gastfreundschaft. Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Ein ruhiger Rückzugsort direkt am Strand des Sees. Fantastischer Blick. "There was a dead mouse with flies and maggots in the first room given to me. Attention was lacking. They gave me another room and apologized. There was a live mouse in the next room. Careful with bringing groceries, but this is necessary as no dinner was available. The owner didn’t seem too interested in providing a good experience but maybe it was a cultural and language barrier. I didn’t like the floodlight 100 ft outside my room. Darkness to be able to appreciate the stars fully would be better, but maybe it is a safety issue. Breakfast was good. The dog onsite is playful and means well but can get bitey when playing. Treats you more like another dog. Also, she is a bit rough with the kitten onsite. Overall good experience and i would stay again. Good for what is available in the area, though not the best. We had a private shower and toilet in a side room. Shower hot water was VERY difficult to control. It is right near the beach. 2-3 minute walk and can hear the waves. Nice swings on the beach. Good place. 3.5 out of 5. Check your room. The drapes around the periphery can hide things and difficult to clean under them. "
