"まずホテルズ.comのホステル地図がとんでもなく間違っていて、さらにホステルの外面にはそれを示すプレートや看板など何もないし受付もなく、見つけるのは超困難だった。 Wifiが故障だから系列のホステルに行ってくれ、というのも怪しかった。 ホステルの女主人が、ホテルズ.com が私に支払い済の部屋代を返金すると言っているから、現金で払って欲しい、というのもウソっぽかった。 返金の件でホテルズ.com と5時間余り交渉中はWifiが繋がっていたのに、結局泊まることになった後、Wifiは不通になった。 夜10時前に戻ったら門扉がロックされており、扉をどんどん叩いて呼んでも誰も出て来なかった。 部屋代¥2,500円はどう控えめに見ても高すぎる。 近辺の数軒と比べても¥1,000円以下が妥当な価格だと思う。"

"There were a lot of issues with our stay here. Firstly, the hotel is not at the point listed on the map, but right on the opposite edge of the city about 6km away. On arrival, we were charged for our rooms as per their standard price, ignoring discounts applied through Hotels.com The beds are hard and uncomfortable. There are plug sockets hanging out of walls in rooms, crooked and not fully affixed shelves despite this being a new hotel. Also thee was construction noise throughout the day....
