"The staff,right from the welcoming team ( who are so careless in even the welcome drink service), right up to kitchen, are all extremely pleasant , smart, but unfortunately, very badly trained. They are in a constant state of confusion whenever any instruction is put to them, hence delay in everything. The food menu is so totally ethnic that the Western guests with us had hardly any choice of food. We finally had to take them out of your hotel to eat. A good property, but if you don’t improve...

"No hot water in a 4* property!! Unbelievable, but true!! Staff has to run around with buckets of hot water to supply to the room! Veg & Non-veg counters are the same. Vegetarians will find it absolutely difficult and shocked to know that catering guys have forgotten their basics!! :) Don't ask about the passage carpets! They stink, stain and stick. Having said that, front-desk/reception service was too good - excellent! They really try to save the faces of this hotel. "
