"NO ES UN HOTEL Y EN LO PERSONAL QUE NO SOY SANGRÓN NI EXIGENTE Y ACOSTUMBRADO AL HOTEL MONTE VERDE Y BOSQUE ESCONDIDO, LA VERDAD QUE SI ME GUSTÓ LA CABAÑA Y SI VOLVERÍA A CONTRATARLA, TIENE TODO LO NECESARIO PARA PASARLA A GUSTO. LO ÚNICO ES QUE SOLO TE HACEN EL ASEO PARA ENTREGÁRTELA Y YA NO VUELVEN SALVO QUE LES HABLES Y LES PAGUES PARA QUE LA LIMPIEN. "

10/10 Excellent
Beautiful, spacious room looking out to Banderas Bay. Well maintained and well serviced.
Great amenities - access to the beach, lots of restaurants/bars, gym, lots of pools to chose from.
The food was great and the service was in the majority of cases, flawless and friendly. Only one slight issue with one restaurant waiter who took issue with us not tipping above the already included service charges and gratuities. This was pre-confirmed to us as being included in the All Inclusive package,...
