"Second time here. Pros — Staff that made our stay awesome!: Apolonia, Aldo, Jiovanny, Oscar, Edgar, Jesús F.; Oswaldo D (and he is in his first month there!). Loved Alonso’s poolside Spanish lesson. Food is fairly consistent in the buffet. Enjoyed the Italian alacarte most. Cons - Spa treatment was lovely but not pleased it was credit card only for paying. Adult pool was great most of the time… but loud kids ended up in it often. Also no enforcement of smokers outside smoking area and butts left...

"This place is beautiful. The staff in the lobby rude. But when I saw the room and the view that bad experience when away. Gorgeous view, and the fire pit and jacuzzi was a plus. I will definitely come back to this beautiful place. They just need to change the staff."

"Nice staying! There was jut an issue on our first day....before we arrived at the hotel I called to confirm our reservation and the receptionist told us that the check in was until 2:00pm, so we decided to go for a walk downtown. After 2:00pm, we arrived at the hotel and noticed the cabin wasn't clean yet. I had to call reception twice in order for them to send the cleaning lady! and it took more than an hour for the room to be ready."
