"We loved the food at both the restaurants & the staff were very helpful with local attraction and public transportation information. The room was very quiet. The hotel is a 3 minute walk to the Heuston train station and a 15 minute walk to the zoo. Very safe area of Dublin. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"I love this hotel. It is quirky and old, but well maintained. The signage was improved this time, and I was able to find my room easily. On a previous stay this was not the case, and I wandered around a bit. My room faced an alley and it got quite noisy, especially early in the morning. The radiator and towel warmer appeared to have leaked a bit, but worked well.The staff are just lovely, always helpful. "

"Hotel was nice; nothing special and nothing wrong; clean. Bed was adequately comfortable for a 2 night stay but not luxuriously comfortable (6/7 out of 10). No issue to stay here again."
