The property is really good. The view was really mesmerizing with a background of long trees and the foggy tea estate after rainfall. Breakfast was Very Good. Staff is also very much responsive.

One night stay to experience the Periyar reserve close by. Our room was enormous and located near the very back of the property. Sadly building works are directly next to the property so we heard angle grinding. Mgr tried to stop them but only the rain did. Staff amazing. Food delicious. Great cocktails and beers. A quite resort away from any town . We found it quite nice. They should trim the trees in front of balconies so that one can get better view. Right now most of the view is blocked by overgrown trees.

Location is very central. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff will go above and beyond to help. My dad had dietary requirements and the chef Tom made him his own meal.

We stayed two night in this hotel and were greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. They gave us a very personal experience, took us out trekking. I would recommend this to anyone that want's a great experience with excellent food and very nice venue. Very clean and well maintained hotel.

Incredible views! Get the room with the view. It's very peaceful here, staff are attentive and welcoming, on-site restaurant is great. Room was also great, although fan very loud in our particular room - maybe an old fan that needs replacing. Otherwise 5*
